Your new kitchen features granite counters, neutral tile, and dark cabinetry. The appliances are stainless Samsung, and there's a work station for paying bills and running the household. The fridge shown will be removed soon. There's a griddle in the cabinet that goes atop the 5-burner stove.

The main living area is a large, open space with the fireplace as your focal point. You have a view of the beautiful pool and your back patio. The fireplace has a gas connection or you can burn wood.

The formal dining area is defined by the large arched openings.

The kitchen is very spacious and open. The island defines the kitchen area and you have a large, sunny breakfast room attached. This could be a casual dining area or a spot to do homework and crafts.

Here's a closer look at part of the breakfast room so you can see the laundry and access to the garage, as well as the pantry behind the closed door. The walk-in pantry is 6' deep.

The utility room connects the breakfast room/kitchen and the garage. There are shelves and hanging rods. You have room for a full-sized washer and electric dryer here.

This is the primary bedroom, which overlooks the back yard and pool. It has pretty laminate floors for easy maintenance.

The windows are behind us now, as we look across the primary bedroom. Your large walk-in closet is to the left, the door to the hallway is in the middle and you can peek at the primary bath.

The primary bath features a garden tub, a separate shower, a dual vanity with recent hardware, a linen closet and a private lavatory.

The primary closet is 9' x 6' and you have lots and lots of hanging space, plus the built-in shelves.

This is taken in the living room, looking back toward the kitchen. You can see the powder bath on the left and the open door beyond that is your primary suite. The stairs are just barely visible on the right side. The secondary bedrooms and hall bath are up front.

The powder bath is conveniently-located for your guests, with easy access from the pool. This home has 3 full baths and this half bath.

Here's an overview from a little farther back. The doggie door will be replaced with something similar. Let's go check out the back yard now.

There's a wonderful covered patio with 2 fans and cool decking. You've got room to relax here and watch the swimmers or cook out.

The pool is 13,500 gallons and the depth varies from 3.5' to 5.5'. There are steps and a bench. It's 32' long x 14.5' wide. The raised wall with the 3 waterfalls is 25' long.

The spa has beautiful iridescent tiles that catch the light and sparkle in the sunshine. The pool and spa are heated and can be controlled by an app on your phone.

All of the paving around the pool is cool decking so your tootsies don't burn. The trim is travertine. There are French drains to direct the water, and you have turf so it's beautiful all the time and easy to maintain.

There's a large space in the sunny area where you can put lounges or a dining table. The sprinkler heads in the turf are designed to rinse down pet urine so there's no smell. They retract, but may need a little tap. It's pet-grade turf, so it won't wear down if your pups like to run around the pool. The seller's dogs loved the turf and the cool decking, as well as a quick dip in the pool to fetch balls. =)

Let's go back through the living room to see the upstairs and the front of the house. Two of the secondary bedrooms and a full bath are just to the right of the front door, which is open.

We pass by the formal dining area to get to the stairs.

Here's a peek at the stairs from the edge of the dining area, near the living room. You don't even have to use the second story if you don't want to, but it's a great bonus space.

Here's the half story upstairs. It's a large open space for a game room, media room, or a second living area if you need two primary bedrooms. The movie screen will stay.

We are looking back toward the top of the stairs (right) and toward the 4th bedroom and 3rd full bath up here. The carpet is new and has never been lived on! There will be a ceiling fan installed here. It's in the bedroom closet now.

This is the 4th bedroom. It overlooks the back yard and pool. The short door is an attic access for mechanicals.

The closet is to our left and it is very generous. You can access the upstairs bath from the bedroom or the game room.

This is the 3rd full bath. It has a tub/shower combination and a nice vanity.

Let's go back downstairs so we can see the front of the house and the rest of the secondary bedrooms. The new carpet is really nice and pretty.

This is the view from the front door as you enter the house. There's a formal entry with the niche and the arches lead to the kitchen, living, dining and primary suite. The stairs to the game room and 4th bed/3rd bath are to the right. There are two bedrooms and a full bath to our left.

This is the front bedroom. It has a high ceiling and a 9' deep closet. The blackout curtains will stay.

The hall bath features a very long vanity and there's a separate room with the tub/shower combo, the linen closet and your toilet.

This is the other bedroom in the front of the house. The floors are easy-to-maintain.

Remember, we don't want to have to do yard work when we can spend time enjoying the pool! Here is the pool equipment and your recent AC. There are gutters and Hardi perforated soffits.

There's a water filtration and softener system on the other side of the house that can stay, for your convenience. It softens the water and purifies contaminants.

This little playground and park area has swings, fitness elements and plenty of benches. It's at the end of your block, near the mailboxes. Your house is a few doors down from the ones you can see across the park.

Anybody want to play tennis or pickleball? Courts are open 6am to 10pm daily, with 3 tennis courts for tennis only and 1 pickleball court for pickleball only.

There is plenty of space to play and explore.

There is so much to do when you come to the pool area!

There's plenty of shade near the splash pad and Island Club Pool.

The Athletic Club Pool is just outside the Athletic Club.

The Athletic Club is open 24 hours/7 days a week.

There's a sand volleyball court if you want to get your Top Gun on.
